Installer Declaration & Contractor Acknowledgment

This declaration applies to all contractors, subcontractors and installation partners engaged by Everything Electric Pty Ltd trading as E2 Energy (E2) (“E²”).

• All information supplied to E² is true, accurate and complete.
• I/We hold all licences, accreditations, registrations and insurances required to legally perform the works selected within this onboarding form.
• All works completed on behalf of E² will comply with applicable Australian Standards, legislation, DNSP requirements, manufacturer specifications, WHS obligations and applicable energy scheme requirements.
• I/We will maintain all required licences, accreditations and insurances at all times and provide updated copies to E² upon request or expiry/renewal.
• I/We will immediately notify E² of any suspension, cancellation, investigation, disciplinary action, insurance lapse or compliance issue.
• Engagement by Everything Electric Pty Ltd is subject to E² policies, procedures, compliance requirements and Contractor Terms & Conditions.
• I/We agree not to subcontract or transfer works allocated by E² without prior written approval.
• I/We agree to complete all required documentation, commissioning records, site photos and compliance submissions within required timeframes.
• Only works expressly approved by E² will be payable.
• A cost estimate will be provided before works commence and may be adjusted to reflect any reduction in the approved scope, quantity or output.
• Any variation must be approved in writing before it is undertaken by an E² director, or by an E² contact authorised in writing by a director.
• E² may withhold payment where required documentation, compliance evidence or rectification works remain outstanding.
• I/We accept responsibility for the quality, safety and compliance of all works performed on behalf of E².
• I/We agree to rectify defective, unsafe or non-compliant works arising from our workmanship or installation practices.
• I/We agree to conduct all customer interactions professionally and protect the reputation of E².
• I/We agree not to solicit, market to or bypass E² customers for private works introduced by E².
• All customer, project, pricing and operational information provided by E² is confidential.
• E² reserves the right to suspend or terminate contractors for safety breaches, fraud, non-compliance or misconduct.
• Submission of this onboarding form does not guarantee allocation of work or ongoing engagement.
• I/We consent to audits, inspections and compliance reviews conducted by E² or its representatives.

Declaration

I/We declare that the information provided is accurate and complete, I/We are authorised to submit this form on behalf of the business listed, and I/We have read, understood and agree to comply with the requirements outlined above.
